Day 2 ~ 08/07/16

Did about 135 miles of riding today – perfect weather

But we kept stopping so went across route 31 instead

BUT before we could begin Alan wanted to check tire pressure – and once again the valve would not seal – sooooo here is Alan using his compressor to fix a flat!

No he is not praying – but IS swearing!

He just HAD to check the tire pressure!

No rug beaters but serving warm brownies and fresh fruit!

Friendliest antique shop we’ve ever been in – seems to be a local gathering spot for the locals.

Glad we went across route 31 – nice easy riding – town of Bedford looked like an old western town, it was Sunday so nothing opened.  There are numerous historical buildings.  Next time will stay 2 days, There is a route where you can see 16 covered bridges.
